  3. my ID number is 15441.

  5. I wrote a document in FW 4.0 and when tried to print it to my HP 
  6. laserjet, I couldn't.
  7.  
  8. The printer configuration window, in which I should read the driver's 
  9. name (which is the one set in the system), does not show anything.
  10. The resolution selector is mad, letting me select 7 resolutions which
  11. are not my printer's resolutions. It says strange things like:
  12. 7/102302343430x8.
  13.  
  14. When I try to print, the pointer becomes busy for a few seconds, then
  15. it becomes normal again, but no printing window is shown.
  16.  
  17. This morning I printed to a postscript file and all went well.
  18.  
  19. I already reinstalled either my printer drivers and FW4.0. No success.

  21. I urgently need a solution as I have to print a thesis I'm writing for
  22. a customer. Please help me.

  24. Another question: I saw that some patches are out (4.02 is the latest I 
  25. think). I didn't receive any patch till now. What do I have to do ?
  26. I bought FW4.0 from Harwood Computers (England).
